Using our Licensed Software we can provide the following features: Intuitive user Interface Black & White / Colour Scanning Import electronic documents such as Ms Word files Comprehensive document referencing and retrieval Features with user defined index fields, keywords and full text search. Full document display features including zoom, rotate, enhance and viewing multiple documents. Alternatively we can use Adobe Acrobat, which provides a cost effective means to view, access and print via a local network or intranet. We can customise the search facility to include specific keywords or numbering to allow easy retrieval of your documents and plans. Or we can simply scan to Tiff onto CD to allow you to import the images into your documents or for use on your intranet or the web.
